What you'll do

As a Working Student (f/m/d) - Communication Design and Keynote Support you will join the BTP Engineering and Experience operational office team as a key partner of the teams communication designer. The strong focus of the teams communication designer is creating strategic assets for the Head of the BTP Engineering and Experience unit.

You will assist in designing impactful communication materials for keynotes, presentations, and brand assets, both internal and external. Engage in ideation sessions for new formats and best practices, showcasing your communication design and keynote expertise.

This high-visibility role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with different stakeholders close to the Head of SAP BTP Engineering and Experience and contribute to our global SAP brand experience.

Craft and Support Keynotes & Presentations: Develop and support impactful presentations that highlight innovation topics and align with SAP's brand standards.

Develop Cross-Media Communication Assets: Conceptualize and design media assets that effectively communicate the team's message and strategy both internally and externally.

Create High-Quality Design Templates: Establish and maintain high-quality design standards by developing templates for use by other teams.

Conduct Design Research: Perform quantitative design research for innovative projects, ensuring adherence to and expansion of SAP's brand guidelines.

Work on multiple projects at the same time and meet overlapping deadlines securing brand standards also on short term notice.

What you bring

You are currently an enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences:

Studying preferably in the fields: Communication Design, Graphic Design, Marketing Design or any design-related Studies

Strong experience as a communication designer in form of an internship, projects or apprenticeship; also in the studies for 2 years

Experience in applying brand guidelines for digital media and print assets

Excellent sense of typography, design trends and attention to detail

Process complex issues in a simplified and creative manner from conception to delivery

Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently

Hands-on mentality and capable of working independently, proactively and in an interdisciplinary team

Profound skills in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma, Video-cutting and -compositing skills are a plus

Language skills: English proficiency required; German is a plus

6 months part-time availability is mandatory, start date asap

Meet your team

Our team supports the Head of SAPs BTP Engineering and Experience unit. We cover daily administration tasks, the alignment with the connected leadership circle and contribute to strategic projects/initiatives impacting our underlaying platform the BTP and its success. Therefore, we focus our activities on four key goals: Increasing transparency, the identification and support of key projects with strategic value, the improvement of cross-unit collaboration and the empowerment of our leadership team for best performance. We are a distributed team, with colleagues working from our headquarters in Walldorf as well as from our local offices in Berlin, Dresden and in the United States (Bay Area).

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
