Technical Support Specialist (m/f/d)

This position is responsible for providing technical support, managing orders and software queries to EMEA SureSmile customers. This position is also responsible for end-to-end management of projects and customer issues, order tracking and delivers and monitoring open and unconfirmed orders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manages all order and software related queries from customers via phone and email

  • Records all order or software related queries and follow/escalate to resolution

  • Communicates with managers and customers, regularly and timely, to keep interested parties updated and informed about status and ultimate resolution of issue

  • Utilizes TeamView for technical assistance, screen sharing and troubleshooting.

  • Orders tracking and deliveries as well checks overdue dispatches and delivery status

  • Tracks inventory for all VPro, Dr and Patient Kit Orders in the ERP system and communicates with the warehouse

  • Communicates and collaborates with all internal staff, including the Customer Support team and Field team

Requirements:

  • Strong experience working in Customer Support environment focusing on technical Products

  • Dental or Orthodontic knowledge or experience a plus

  • Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations in a timely and professional manner

  • Extensive computer skills – Microsoft Office, browser-based software, basic computer hardware

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, such as rapport-building, listening and questioning

  • Excellent trouble shooting skills as well the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of professionalism and prioritization

  • Strong documentation skills

  • Fluent in English and German (additional Languages a plus)
