Amazon is seeking passionate New Account Managers to join our EU Marketplace Export team and drive substantial growth for our sellers while enhancing the European customer experience.

As a New Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of Amazon's thriving marketplace, where your expertise in relationship building and business development will directly influence the success of countless online entrepreneurs.

Key job responsibilities

This role offers you the chance to:

• Work with a diverse portfolio of ambitious Amazon Sellers, from emerging entrepreneurs to established brands, all eager to tap into your expertise to optimize their business and drive their sales in the EU marketplace.

• Spearhead Amazon’s business growth and revenue generation in a fast-paced, innovative environment

• Leverage your analytical skills to uncover game-changing opportunities for Sellers

• Collaborate with diverse teams across Amazon to shape the future of e-commerce

• Develop and implement scalable solutions that improve the Seller & Customer experience

A day in the life

Your Impact:

• Be the driving force behind Amazon's third-party business growth

• Identify and execute strategies to drive seller performance

• Pioneer best practices and innovative approaches to marketplace optimization .

• Work closely with international teams to uncover untapped growth potential

• Lead projects that enhance both customer and seller experiences

Basic Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English, with exceptional communication & negotiation skills

• A results-driven professional with some sales/relationship management experience or similar

• Analytical problem-solver with a knack for simplifying complex concepts

• Confident working with key stakeholders and decision-makers at all levels

• Proficient in data analysis and using data to drive decisions

• Relevant qualification in business, economics, marketing, data analytics or similar

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in sales, business development, management consulting, or product management

• E-commerce experience is an advantage

• SQL knowledge is a plus
