ABOUT THIS ROLE
As Marketing Specialist, Retention, you will be responsible for improving the customer experience on Web and App for Audible in EU, India, Brazil and Japan. Together with your global team, colleagues, and your direct manager (located in Singapore) you will plan and execute a test-driven approach through various stages of the customer journey. Your focus as Marketing Specialist, Retention will be to provide an excellent Onsite/App UX to improve retention of our existing member base.
This position is a 12 month fixed-term contract.
As a Marketing Specialist, Retention, you will...
Manage, optimize and analyze Onsite & App UX for customers with the goal of improving retention
Liaise and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Design, Customer Support, Product and Content) to bring these experiences and functionalities to the marketplaces
Oversee end-to-end customer experiences that are compelling, intuitive, and highly personalized
Develop a strong understanding of how customers interact with the product and the underlying reasons why they love or leave the service

Basic Qualifications
Professional Degree (Bachelors’ degree, MBA, M.A., M.S., or another post-graduate degree)
1+ years’ experience in merchandising, online marketing, or ecommerce in the digital media industry (online publishing, video, music, etc.)
Experience with Content Management Systems & AB Testing Tools
Experience with web/mobile analytics programs i.e., Site Catalyst, Google Analytics
Business fluency in written and verbal English AND one additional European language (German, French, Italian or Spanish)
Preferred Qualifications
Have a solid understanding of success metrics and analytical capability
Prior retention marketing experience
Comfortable working with international teams and cultures
An avid consumer of online media, including books, websites, blogs, and other digital content
