You will support our users at all levels and collaborate with Randstad Global. As a key part of the Randstad Enterprise Digital office, you will play a crucial role in supporting business and technical operations, and promoting and implementing global standards and security policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procure, provision, support and manage PC and Mac devices, office software and infrastructure, connectivity and telecommunications

• Ensure robust IT security and align with Randstad's global security policies

• Build and manage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and service providers

• Innovate and implement new systems to enhance efficiency, security and issue resolution

• Take part in IT and infrastructure projects to improve office operations

Your Profile:

• Previous experience in IT support in a mid-sized office environment (you will support 50 employees)

• Proficiency with standard office software and IT infrastructure experience

• We work with Google workspace and Macs - if you have experience with those, great!

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - capable of interacting with non-technical users across the organisation

• Fluency in English; German is a plus

• Proactivity, independence, process and people-oriented

What we offer:

• Compensation package including base salary and annual bonus:

• 12% bonus based on your performance

• pension allowance

• 13th salary paid out in two parts (50% every half a year)
