What do you contribute?

• You will be the right hand and trusted advisor to the CEO of our Turnkey business units which handles our largest projects (such as the 8 billion Euro Egypt megaproject). The CEO of the Turnkey business unit also acts as the CEO of our Middle East / Africa (MEA) regional organization.

• As part of the BU Management Team you will plan and coordinate executive-level meetings, events, and conferences, agenda preparation, and materials distribution to ensure successful outcomes.

• You will analyse, structure and filter information relevant for decision-making.

• Moreover, you will manage the CEOs schedule strategically from a content perspective, in close collaboration with the office admin team.

• You will drive initiatives & business unit wide projects in close collaboration with the departments & regional teams.

• You will act as a liaison between internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships with integrity.

• Also, you will ensure adequate communication of the CEO internally and externally.

• You will work on special projects with the business unit’s Strategy department.

What do you bring along?

• You hold a Master’s degree in an engineering or management discipline.

• Furthermore, you have longtime professional experience in sales, project management, consulting, strategy, or business development.

• You impress us with excellent communication skills, having the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels (including c-suite) internally and externally.

• You possess a self-driven, independent, and energetic personality.

• You are an analytical mind and thrive at tackling and solving complex issues.

• The capacity to handle multiple projects / issues simultaneously, even within tight timelines make you our ideal candidate.

• You love working in a global, intercultural environment.

• Fluency in English is mandatory; German and Arabic skills are preferred.
