THE TEAM

The Finance team at Ticketmaster consists of accounting, controlling, payroll and event accounting. As part of the Finance Team you are responsible to lead all payroll and related accounting processes. Next to this position TM’s Finance Team includes Accountants, Controllers and the Event Settlement team.

THE JOB

This position is responsible for accounts receivable and bank accounting. This will be done in close cooperation with our colleagues in the Event Settlement team and in coordination with the team management.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Accounts Receivable Management

  • Collection runs of outgoing invoices.

  • Create outgoing invoices.

  • Master data maintenance.

  • Contact person for debtors.

  • Reconciling AR Accounts

  • Manuell Customer refunds

  • Customer refund via different payment provider

  • Teamwork and problem solutions with fan experience team

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

  • Ideally first experience in Financial Accounting.

  • Fluent in German and English.

  • Good Excel and MS Office Knowledge.

  • First experience in ORC.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work both in a team and independently with little supervision.

  • High attention to detail.
