PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Analysis Engineer to join our team in Berkeley, MO. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge aerospace projects, leading the development, integration, and documentation of structural requirements to establish system designs.

Job Title: Structural Analysis Engineer 4

Job Type: Full time; Consultant (12 months)

Location: Berkeley, MO 63134

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 1st 7:00 – 3:30

Pay Rate: $79.41 to $89.49 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Development & Integration: Lead the development, integration, and documentation of structural requirements to establish system designs.

• Coordination: Coordinate with other engineering groups to establish the product's environment.

• Structural Integrity Verification: Guide product design and verify structural integrity by using and developing analytical methods, finite element models/simulations, and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle.

• Test Plans & Execution: Lead the development of test plans and configurations, support test execution, and analyze/report test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications.

• Certification & Documentation: Define and document certification and test results to substantiate for customers and regulatory agencies that requirements are satisfied.

• In-Service Support: Support in-service products by leading investigations into failures and analyzing improvements.

• Analytical Process Development: Develop analytical processes/tools to improve the effectiveness, quality, and efficiency of the development effort.

• Work Direction: Work under minimal direction, providing expertise and leadership in the structural analysis domain.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Experience:

• 12 years of experience using tools such as NASTRAN / PATRAN, CSW, IAS, CASTLE, and Excel/VB.

• Airplane structural and fatigue experience.

• Composite wing experience.

• MRB / stress liaison experience is a plus.

Pay Details: $79.41 to $89.49 per hour
