What You Will DoContribute to the vision and strategy for the Analytics program and develop an engagement model to support each functional area of the technology and operations organization.Collaborate across all functional areas to translate business problems into optimal data modeling and analytical solutions that drive business value.Collaborate with internal teams to source, transform, analyze and visualize various data sets to provide a consolidated data platform to support the technology and operations organization awareness and decision making at an executive level as well as at individual user level.Contribute to the improvements and advancement of reporting and data capabilities across the organization, including analytics skills, data visualization, insights and storytelling.Responsible for influencing projects/initiatives and making decisions related to data including data quality, data architecture and data management best practices.Provide expert dashboarding, data modeling and data validation services that produce flexible, extensible data structure design solutions that support analysis, reporting and effective business decisions.Create and manage an array of data design deliverables including data models, data diagrams, data flows and corresponding data dictionary documentation.Contribute to the improvement and creation of standards for dashboard development and solutions, database design and overall data architecture to leverage our data in strategic and innovative ways.Assist in leading the development and implementation of various strategic data architecture initiatives around master data management, data quality, data management policies/standards, data governance, and metadata management.Support analysts in requirements development, research and verificationMine operational dataSkills and Experience You Will NeedRequiredMust have PowerBI and SnowflakePython and R experienceMust be able to analyze data to bring insight to toolsMust be able to source data transformation and data intelligencePrevious experience with developing dashboard reporting, connecting data points to find insightsShould have experience with data transformation and wire framing.Able to use ETL from outside sources (spreadsheets etc.) and bringing to Snowflake Who We AreGalaxE, now Endava, is a professional IT services firm that specializes in platform-driven solutions and the use of automation to achieve enterprise business transformation and mission-critical change for some of the largest companies in the world.
