We are seeking a dedicated and professional HR Assistant to join our team. This role will aid in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department and aims to deliver superior internal support. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting with the administration of employee benefits, recruitment, and onboarding. We desire candidates who are detail-oriented, possess superior organizational skills, and have an approachable, professional demeanor. Prior experience in HR roles will be advantageous, but not necessary, as on-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate. The HR Assistant will be integral to fostering a positive work environment and promoting our company culture.

Requirements

Prior experience in HR strongly preferred

Bachelor's degree is a plus
