Position Summary
In this role you will be part of our Finance Team and you will support the financial analysis process for the overheads costs to facilitate a fact based decision making process, ensuring adherence to Financial and Nestlé Accounting Standards requirement.
A day in the life...
Collaborating with the centre of competence based in Barcelona to prepare dynamic forecast (annual and quarterly review) and actual closing;
Interacting with the stakeholders for the operational file to prepare the budget with Official Budget tool;
Making manual journal/accrual for the monthly closing;
Interacting with internal stakeholders to define the budget and for quarterly review for the spending;
Collaborating with the Decision Support Manager, Overheads and Business Controllers in order to provide a high quality data / timely framework;
Preparing Reporting, data and analysis to be submitted to the Business Unit Controller and functional directors.
What Will Make You Successful
Basic knowledge of Financial Management and Accounting Principles
Strong knowledge of Excel, SAP is a nice to have
Curiosity and attention to details
Strong relational and organizational skills
Problem solving skills
Proficiency in English and Italian
