Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Focus & Communication: Provide friendly and professional customer service, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving basic order issues. Actively listen to customer needs, accurately capture information, and effectively communicate solutions. Maintain regular contact with customers regarding the status of their orders, including shipping updates and potential delays. Escalate complex issues or requests for changes to leadership for assistance. Order Management & Fulfillment: Regularly review and process incoming customer orders, ensuring accurate data entry and adherence to established procedures. Collaborate with internal groups (Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and report any issues for timely resolution. Systems & Processes: Utilize company systems and tools to process orders, track shipments, and maintain accurate customer records. Follow established procedures and guidelines, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Accurately record all relevant details and actions taken regarding customer orders in the designated system. Learning & Development: Take initial ownership of customer requests, documenting details and ensuring accurate information is gathered.
