We are dedicated to maintaining excellence in our production facilities. We are looking for a skilled Machine Maintenance Technician to join our team and help us ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our machinery.

Position Overview: As a Machine Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various types of machinery used in our production processes. You will play a crucial role in minimizing downtime and ensuring that our operations run smoothly.

salary: $50,000 - $64,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 4:30 AM - 2:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting Manufacturing & Engineering with fixture design and trouble shooting,

weld Conditions, Robotics, Press repairs and Preventative Maintenance

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends

Skills

• CNC

• Setting

• Tending

• Maintenance

• Electrical (2 years of experience is preferred)

• Machine PLC Troubleshooting (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Electrical Diagram Reading (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Advanced Motor Controls (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Factory Wiring, Conduit, 3 Pha (1 year of experience is preferred)

• Resistance Welding Control

• PLC Wiring (2 years of experience is preferred)
