Job Summary

In the role of Senior Finance Manager, you will have the critical responsibility of managing and overseeing the financial operations of the Fulfillment Center network. This includes directing the month-end close process, managing forecasting operations, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial reporting systems, employing advanced financial modeling techniques, and performing ad-hoc financial analysis to drive our financial direction and growth.

You have experience in financial planning, forecasting, cost estimating, modeling, data visualization, analytics, and working cross-functionally

You're curious about digging into the numbers to find new opportunities or patterns to explain "what and why" behind performance

You have high standards and are organized, disciplined, and can manage competing priorities simultaneously

You're a great communicator, with an eye for detail, and can articulate points in a simplistic approach

You have experience leading cross-functionally and prioritize the collective success of the team

What you'll do

Direct month-end close process for Fulfillment, prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, and manage forecasting operations Collaborate with tech teams to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of our financial reporting systems and lead new reporting tool projects Apply advanced financial modeling techniques to inform strategic project analysis, guide capital investments, and develop annual and long-range plans Manage ad-hoc performance and financial reports and analysis in partnership with cross-functional teams to drive business and financial growth and discipline

Additional Comments

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area

4+ years' experience in Analytics, Planning, Business Management, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area

1+ years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects

Experience working with Finance technologies, including OneStream, Power BI, and other data tools

Advanced financial modeling skills and comfortable working with large data sets

Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

Strong influencing and interpersonal skills

Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
