Position Summary...

What you'll do...

We are currently seeking a highly skilled, adaptable, and reliable Executive Assistant to play a key role in our organization. With your extraordinary organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our senior management team and contribute significantly to our operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and making changes to appointments.

• Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations and procedures.

• Prepare and deliver daily briefing materials for the executive.

• Attend meetings and keep minutes.

• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.

• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and donors.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00-$80,000.00
