Walmart GoLocal is a newly launched business line at Walmart that offers highly competitive local commerce solutions to retailers, brands and SMBs of all sizes and scale . Our team is growing quickly, and we are looking to bring i n a player/coach to drive our growth ambitions. We are currently looking for a Sr. Manager I, Business Development Associate Lead to join our sales team at Walmart GoLocal.

You will sweep us off our feet if you have :

• Previous experience conducting and succeeding in cold outreach (Cold calls, cold emails and networking at conferences) to C-level executives at Fortune 500 businesses

• Previous experience managing / leading inside sales or sales development representative (SDR) team.

• Experience selling software solutions into retail brands (specifically to ecommerce & supply chain)

• Experience training inside sales teams on typical hunting tools such as Salesforce (CRM), Outreach/SalesLoft (cadence tools) and ZoomInfo (3rd party contact databases .

• Experience handling full sales cycle, managing and exceeding a personal sales quota.

You'll make an impact by:

• Leading a team of five Business Development Associates

• Growing our Business Development Org

• Developing our Business Development Associates

• Tracking & reporting on the BD org's success and failures (Weekly Sync's, MBR's, QBR's, Annual Kickoffs)

• Booking meetings with Enterprise prospects for our Business Development Managers

• Sourcing companies that are currently offering same day and next day delivery, or companies that are interested in launching same day and next day delivery

• Speaking up for the "voice of the customer "; we want to learn all the key insights from your work with potential customers

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

‎

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 3 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year's supervisory experience.
