Walmart Senior Analyst, Partnership - WFS SMB Account Management in Bentonville, Arkansas

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

Essential Functions

An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.

  • Analysis and Reporting: Generates reports and summarizes trends to aid managers in their activities with retail partners for a sub-category. Monitors key performance indicators against goals.

  • Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.

  • Account Strategy Development: Provides input into development of account strategy for a sub-category by analyzing pricing, rules and sales data. Recognizes data trends and makes recommendations for further analysis to gain insights into potential opportunities or changes.

  • Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

  • Relationship and Account Management: Answers moderately complex questions from retail partners related to purchase order reconciliations, product recalls and first-party sales operations processes. Works with distributors, brands and retail partners to address escalated issues, identify root cause and determine the most appropriate issues resolution. Identifies opportunities to expand/deepen retail partner and brand relationships. Reviews and posts a variety of self-service tools and features on the support site (e.g., FAQs, Tips & Tricks, Instructional Videos, Webinars).

  • Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

  • Partner Orientation and Integration: Demonstrates understanding of Walmart's value proposition. Researches and documents integration requirements for moderately complex partnerships. Supports Partnership Managers with source and close for moderately complex partnerships.

  • Performance Optimization Action Planning: Reviews, understands and provides input into the development of action plans to improve partnership performance for a sub-category.

  • Collaboration: Collaborates with Category Specialists, Site Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, etc. to solve retail partner questions and issues within a sub-category.

  • People Development: Coaches less experienced team members and provides feedback to enhance skills, knowledge and work performance. Mentors less experienced Partnership Specialists.

Arkansas/New Jersey/Utah:The annual salary range for this position is $61,500.00-$102,500.00

California:The annual salary range for this position is $66,560.00-$102,500.00

Washington:The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$120,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

  • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

  • Stock
