Walmart is hiring for an LMD Sr. Analyst - Business Support, DX Mission Control - Technical Support Content position!
On the Driver Experience team, we're focused on creating an intuitive gig-driver experience that just works. One that is built through the lens of agent success which fosters trust and transparency, nurtures driver retention, and enables a differentiated support experience - empowering us to become a low-cost delivery platform of choice for gig-drivers everywhere.
The Driver Experience team views optimizable contact rate as a defect and is focused on reduction of contact rate as our primary OKR. We do so by holistically analyzing the experience across every phase of the driver journey and collaborating with product and engineering to enhance existing platform experiences, reduce high-friction pain points, and eliminating working as designed defects.
In a lot of ways, we function like a startup, meaning you'll leverage cross-functional leadership, a collaborative mindset (understanding the impact your suggestions have on other teams' goals and OKRs), and a full range of product thinking and customer experience/operational strategist skills across all organizations.

You'll make an impact by...
Being a member of the Mission Control Support Content team and collaborating with internal stakeholders to create support documentation and content for the Spark Driverâ„¢ App that can be used to create driver communications, user resource content, and agent knowledge base articles.
Creating support content and taking on a strategic leadership role by collaborating and contributing in cross-functional -initiative efforts.
Ensuring the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of deliverables
Researching, outlining, writing, and editing technical support content.
Working closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand projects, offer input to strategy, and obtain their review on our deliverables. Working to create and maintain support content that adheres to organizational and legal standards allowing for easy content migration and speed to publication.
Managing multiple writing projects at the same time, helping to efficiently deliver content to each of our audiences.

2 years of experience in customer service or technical support in a corporate setting.
2+ years of experience writing support documentation, process/user manuals, standard operation procedures (SOPs), and/or release notes.
2+ years of experience with knowledge base management and content management systems.
2+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience with project management tools, like AirTable or Asana, a plus.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business management, English, Journalism,, Communications, or related field OR 2+ years' experience writing support documentation, process/user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and/or release notes in operations, retail, project management, or related area.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00-$95,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
