The Headlines:

In the role of National Sales Executive working in the Bentonville, AR area, you will be part of the National Accounts team . You will drive performance at designated national accounts through strategic planning and selling. You will be accountable for profitably managing business results (volume, share, profit) for assigned national account and building value-enhancing relationships with retailers through category management application, responsive problem solving, and proactive relationship management.

This position reports to Sales Team Lead .

The Responsibilities:

  • Managing merchant call points, customer relationship, and sales planning with the customer

  • Managing superior execution of customer plan across multiple geographies through effective communication, coordination, and leadership

  • Brewing strong customer relationships with retailers and providing thought leadership on industry/category dynamics and execution

  • Developing and selling-in customer plan that exceeds volume and profit objectives

  • Leveraging reporting tools including Nielsen, IRI, and Dunnhumby to uncover business opportunities and provide insights to customer

  • Regular in-market work to both evaluate the effectiveness of our plans and to identify opportunities that enable us to be first choice for our customers and consumers

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field OR equivalent experience

  • You have 5+ years sales or key accounts management, marketing, or other relevant field

  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome

  • You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments

  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow
