Insight Global Mobile Engineer in Bentonville, Arkansas

Job Description

As a Mobile HVAVC & Maintence Tech, you will be responsible for operating, inspecting, and maintaining HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in assigned facilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Your role includes ensuring equipment is maintained efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime by anticipating necessary repairs, and keeping records of past operations. You will also perform inspections and repairs on both the interior and exterior of the property, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting.

Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 Carry out preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders for facility systems and equipment.

 Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and building interiors/exteriors, including related grounds.

 Conduct facility inspections and due diligence, reporting conditions that affect client occupancy and operations.

 Respond promptly to emergencies.

 Prepare and submit summary reports to management, detailing conditions found and recommending actions.

 Learn and properly use various equipment, including building automation and fire/life safety systems.

 Follow all safety procedures, maintain clean and safe work areas, and identify and propose solutions for safety hazards.

 Ensure compliance with State, County, or City ordinances, codes, or laws.

 Support after-hours building activities as needed.

 Attend training seminars periodically.

 Perform other operational tasks typical of the Mobile Engineer role.

 Use provided tools to complete assigned work.

Skills and Requirements

- 4 years experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment repair & maintenance

- Universal EPA 608 Certification

- Valid state drivers license - Overall knowledge of MEP/HVAC system design & application

- 1-4 years experience of managing work orders using CMMS technology

- Commercial facility experience null
