Walmart Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for a full-time Membership Sales Representative to join our team in Bentonville, AR. In this role you will drive new membership sales and membership retention through excellent customer service, relationship building and continued process improvement. The ideal candidate is self-driven, well-organized and possesses excellent communication skills.
Schedule: 32 hours per week, varying shifts Sunday-Thursday
Responsible for driving new membership sales and retention through excellent customer service, relationship building and continued process improvement.
Key Accountabilities
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing members via face-to-face service, phone, text, and email communication.
Meet and exceed sales goals as set by the Membership Sales Director and General Manager.
Participate in monthly team sales calls to share best practices, improve processes, and develop sales skills.
Conduct tours of the facility and assist members with account changes and requests.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
A passion for helping people live healthier lives.
Ability to be a team player and work well with others.
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
Basic computer skills (word, excel, etc.).
Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
CPR/AED certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 60 days of hire.
Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
Compensation: $15.00-$16.00 per hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
