Walmart Manager, Project Management in Bentonville, Arkansas
Position Summary...
What you'll do...
At Walmart, we are seeking a talented and experienced Manager, Project Management to join our dynamic Retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders, managing multiple medium-scale projects or work streams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities :
Develop and communicate project plans and schedules to teams and stakeholders to support established objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders to efficiently develop and deliver recommended solutions
Monitor budgets and costs for projects, identifying and communicating status and adjustments to project milestones
Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related
2 years of experience at least in project management, preferred for construction and remodeling
Being able to read and understand blue prints for facilities infrastructure
Experience or familiarity with cabling and fiber optics its a plus
Certifications :
- 1 year's experience working in cross-functional teams

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years' experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
