The Manager of Global Selection and Assessment will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative selection and assessment strategies to identify top talent for our organization.

What you'll do...

  • Managing a comprehensive pre-employment selection and assessment process to identify top talent and ensure a strong fit with our organization's culture and values.

  • Utilizing advanced analytics to analyze assessment data and provide actionable insights for improving the selection process.

  • Demonstrating business impact, continuously monitoring the effectiveness of selection tools and processes.

  • Making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

  • Designing, implementing, and validating a variety of selection tools, including but not limited to pre-employment assessment batteries, structured interviews, and business cases.

  • Collaborating with people partners and operations to define job requirements, competencies, and selection criteria for roles across our enterprise.

  • Providing training and guidance to HR and hiring managers on the implementation of selection tools and best practices in talent acquisition.

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to selection and assessment.

What you'll bring...

  • Master's or Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in a selection or related role.

  • Experience using statistical programming languages such as Python, R, or SPSS.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field and 2 years' experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 4 years' experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area.
