You Are

You have the experience to analyze a clients’ security posture, anticipate security requirements and help find right-sized solutions based on industry leading practices. You have a proven track record working successfully in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’re a creative, analytical problem solver with above average documentation skills who can speak to both technical and non-technical audiences. The Work
The Identity and Access Management Security Specialist has the primary responsibility for the management and day-to-day operation of Fortune 500 Customer’s Identity Management systems and tools. This position will provide a successful level of service to business partners and end customers while adhering to web security and risk policies and standards throughout the enterprise.
Install, integrate, configure, and deploy IAM solutions and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Single Sign-On, Federation, Privileged Account Management.
Manage the complex PAM infrastructure and operations for the premier customer. Infrastructure includes multiple Servers for Enterprise password Vaults, DR Vault, Central policy Managers, Load balanced PVWAs, Application access Manager, Windows and Unix and On-demand Session managers, Privileged Threat Analytics, End Point Manager, SCIM servers, Enterprise backup solutions, for Safes and recordings backups
Ensure an uninterrupted password change and reconciliation and session monitoring services for the windows, Unix and other Privileged administrators and business users’ activities
Hands on experience in trouble shooting issues related to password rotation, account onboarding, monitoring, integrations with AD/ LDAP, SIEM Solutions and other integrations
Develop and execute test cases and test plans for IAM solutions
Responsible for Privileged User account administration of various Windows and UNIX accounts, Database and Network devices, Service accounts, DevOps and Scanning and Scripting Accounts
Deep experience with Windows Operating Systems, UNIX/Linux and environments, IIS, SSO, Database and Application Servers, Authentication Products and ITSMs
Integrating various platforms such as different LDAP providers, Windows Servers, UNIX Servers, Databases and networking Devices
Creating and Managing Safes, Platforms and Owners, Managing Safes, recording backups
Experience in installing or upgrading PAM solutions and connectors
Perform health check monitoring on all severs to ensure consistent availability of system to end user
Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of the enterprise's PAM Solutions and Services to ensure they provide the intended level of availability.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
Here’s What You Need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Minimum of 2 years of experience with managing cloud privileged Identities on various cloud platforms
Minimum of 4 years of Operational Support experience for CyberArk or other PAM solutions (e.g. Beyond Trust, Centrify, One Identity) within a large-scale enterprise
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in AD, lDAP, JDBC, SNOW connectors and end to end life cycle management
Minimum of 2 years of Java development experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in at least one of the following IAM Vendor technologies or skills
Saviynt: Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC), Saviynt Third Party Access Governance, Saviynt Cloud Privileged Access Management, Saviynt Application Access Governance
SailPoint: SailPoint IdentityIQ, SailPoint IdentityNow, SailPoint SecurityIQ
CyberArk: CyberArk Alero for Vendor Access Management, PSM for Cloud, Conjur / DevOps Secrets management
Ping: PingAccess ,PingID, PingFederate, PingDirectory, PingOne, PingAuthorize, PingIntellegence
Bonus points if you have:
Exposure to I&AM practitioners and experts
Prior work experience serving C-Level clients as a security consultant
Industry-adopted security certifications (e.g. CISSP), as well as I&AM vendor or industry certification such as:
Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
SailPoint Certified Identity Professional Program Certifications
ForgeRock Certified Access Management Specialist
ForgeRock Certified Identity Management Specialist
Prior experience in the deployment and implementation of custom applications
Experience with any of the following security areas:
Information risk, privacy, and strategy (i.e. security and privacy policies, or risk assessments, or security and privacy compliance);
Application security (i.e. application security testing or security integrations with Systems Development Lifecycle (SDL)
Infrastructure security; (i.e.- securing networks and servers or security monitoring)
Data security or encryption
Prior experience with any of the following:

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
