Are you an industrial maintenance pro looking for a stable long term opportunity? A manufacturing leader in Benson is hiring a Maintenance Technicians! Direct Hire positions w/ full benefits. 4+ years Manufacturing Maintenance & repair exp. required + history of stability in previous roles. Pay - $27-33 to start based on experience and skillset Shift - Both day and night shift available, 7-7 3-2-2-3 schedule If interested please and complete the prescreening!

salary: $60,000 - $78,000 per year

shift: Third

work hours: 7 AM - 7 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.

• The Maintenance Technician will attend schedule meetings, safety meetings, asset meetings, safety reviews for their work area.

• Will be responsible for the accurate completion of all paperwork including but not limited to work orders, KPI's, incident reports and the distribution technical data.

• Will coordinate and assist other technicians with trouble-shooting activities. Will refer to the Reliability Engineer for root-cause solutions to recurring problems. They will follow the resource allocation procedure when problems are occurring.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
