Are you a maintenance tech looking for a stable company with plenty of room to grow? A manufacturing leader near Smithfield is hiring Maintenance Technicians! Direct Hire w, full benefits. 4+ years Manufacturing Maintenance & repair exp. required + history of stability in previous roles. Very tenured maintenance team, people tend to stay here. Pay - $30-36 to start based on experience and skillset Available Shifts - 7p-7a and 7a-7p 3-2-2-3 schedule If interested please and answer the prescreening questions!

work hours: 7 AM - 7 PM

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.

• The Maintenance Technician will attend schedule meetings, safety meetings, asset meetings, safety reviews for their work area.

• Will be responsible for the accurate completion of all paperwork including but not limited to work orders, KPI's, incident reports and the distribution technical data.

• Will coordinate and assist other technicians with trouble-shooting activities. Will refer to the Reliability Engineer for root-cause solutions to recurring problems. They will follow the resource allocation procedure when problems are occurring.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
