Quality Manager (m/f/d) Complaints and Statistics

We are currently looking for a Quality Manager (m/f/d) Complaints and Statistics to strengthen our team in Bensheim. You will work in an international environment with enthusiastic people. You will have a central function and represent Dentsply Implants Stock products as part of a global team to improve the complaint workflow. This permanent position will be located in Bensheim Germany and reports to the Senior Manager Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compilation of Complaint Statistics for Product Surveillance, Risk Management Reports, KPIs

  • Team Lead of the group responsible for collection, processing and analysis of data linked to Complaint Handling

  • Ensure the compliance with legal reporting obligations, where required in collaboration with other departments

  • Monitoring and implementation of new regulations in regard to complaint handling

  • Support of internal and external audits for complaints

  • Support and engage in the Post Market Product Surveillance Process

Requirements And Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master/Diploma in Natural Science or Engineering or an equivalent professional background

  • Experience as a Quality Manager in a highly regulated Industry, preferably Medical Device Industry and knowledge about ISO 13485 and 21 CFR

  • Excellent knowledge in statistics and development of data bases

  • Strong analytical skills to support complex projects and identify efficient processes

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
