Project Manager (m/w/d) Automotive

Job Overview
Plans, controls, and executes projects/programs they are assigned
Proactively works with all functions to effectively complete projects/programs on-time, on-cost, and on-quality
Manages risks, issues, compliance and change requests across projects/programs under their responsibility
Resolves conflicts and effectively escalates topics appropriately on projects/programs
Effectively communicates tasks, roles, expectations, and accountabilities to all team members on a regular basis
Documents project/program lessons learned to foster continuous improvement
Provides feedback and guidance to project teams
Supports different stages of the project/program management lifecycle, utilizing the tools and techniques to produce reports on project/program performance, budgets, and schedules
Able to directly interact with suppliers, customers (German OEMs)
Presents project status to management
What your background should look like:
Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in engineering, natural sciences, or business
At least 3 years of professional experience in managing medium to highly complex projects in a regional environment
Automotive Industry experience is preferred(experience with OEM / Tier 1 / Tier 2 is a plus)
Strong knowledge of project management tools and processes
Proficiency in risk and change management
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to work
Hands-on mentality with a strong driver mindset – taking ownership, driving topics forward with confidence, and delivering results
Fluent in German and English
Formal project/program management education is preferred. PgMP or PMP certification are a plus
