Ability to prepare timely, accurate entry declarations
Must be able to meet/exceed our best in class key performance indicators on a daily basis
Must be visionary and able to bring ideas to leadership to improve processes
Open files as required
Monitor timely entry release
Monitor all PGA (FDA, etc.) files, ensure the release of all agencies
Scan, and index documents into imaging system
Proper handling of “Entry Documents Required Entries”
Accurate & Timely billing – including sending billing to clients as required
Turnover to dispatch as required, timely
Customer Service – timely, clear & accurate communication both written and verbal with customers both internal and external
At least 2 years prior customs brokerage experience
Experience with processing entries, all modes of transportation, with all PGAs including FDA Certification
Ability to work under pressure
