Job Title: Helicopter Mechanic

Job Description

Candidates will be working in a P145 repair station for AW helicopters. The role involves performing inspections and heavy maintenance on various models of civilian helicopters.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and heavy maintenance on helicopters.

• Interpret and read schematics or technical drawings.

• Utilize personal tools for maintenance tasks.

• Collaborate with other mechanics and technicians in a Part 145 shop environment.

Essential Skills

• 4+ years of helicopter maintenance experience.

• Ability to interpret and read schematics or technical drawings.

• Experience performing inspections and heavy maintenance.

• Possession of own tools.

• Valid driver’s license.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with any model of civilian helicopters is a big plus.

• Familiarity with brands such as Agusta, AgustaWestland, Bell, Eurocopter, Airbus, Sikorsky.

• Knowledge in areas such as rotary wing, turbine, airframe, and powerplant.

Work Environment

The position involves working in a small hangar environment alongside A&P mechanics, avionics technicians, sheet metal mechanics, and composites technicians.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bensalem, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00
