1 Full Time Seasonal H-2A Jobs available 09/03/2024 - 10/31/2024.

All applicants must be willing and qualified to perform the work described in this job description and must be available for the entire period of employment specified in boxes 3 & 4 on page 1. This work order is for qualified people to prepare and cook family style meals for approximately 60-65 workers in bunkhouse. The workers will: plain daily menus, wash dishes, bake breads and pastries, order and shop for food and supplies, store food in designated areas utilizing knowledge of temperature requirements and food spoilage, and be responsible for maintaining a clean work area, equipment, utensils, dishes, etc. to ensure food is prepared in a sanitary area. Beginning and ending times each day may vary depending on the work schedule of the workers to be fed. Workers must be able to lift and carry 50lbs. The employer will provide 1 day of training and allow 2 days of work for the worker to satisfactorily perform duties described in this job description. Workers must be able to speak and take directions in basic English. Workers referred as a result of this order must have a minimum of one month of verifiable experience in performing the tasks described in his order.

Requirements: * One month experience * Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a frequent basis * Exposure to extreme temperatures * long periods of standing, bending and kneeling, as well as climbing ladders for long periods of time * Workers must be able to take directions in simple English * Extensive pushing or pulling, sitting or walking, repetitive movements
