sa.global is looking for a motivated, driven, and skilled Power BI Architect to join our dynamic consulting team in India!
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient Power BI architecture
Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards using Power BI
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define BI solutions
Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance
Develop ETL processes using Power BI data gateway, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Fabric or other tools
Implement data visualization best practices
Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users
Ensure compliance with organizational security and data governance policies
Define BI framework model, semantic layers and Metadata repositories to support reporting and administration
Stay up-to-date with Power BI updates and new features
Skills and Experience
8+ years of experience with Microsoft BI tools, preferably Power BI
Strong understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL
Proficient in DAX, M, and Power Query
Experience with SQL Server, Azure, or other relational databases
Familiarity with data governance and security best practices
Knowledge of data visualization principles
Good to have ERP experience
Candidates with Microsoft certifications are preferred
Excellent business communication skills with effective presentation and demonstration skills
Ability to guide junior team members and co-ordinate with them to deliver above and beyond commitments
Strong learning orientation with regards to new technologies and implementing them
Self-starter and initiative taker
Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
Bachelor in Engineering/Bachelor in Technology, BCA graduate or Diploma in Engineering
