Safety Learning and Development is seeking a Training Associate to support Program Managers and Instructional Designers in maintaining training content within multiple Learning Management Systems used at Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

Overall the Training Associate will be responsible for LMS administrative tasks including but not limited to: new course creation, training re-versioning, training assignments, training events, report creation, and transcript deep dive.

1. Respond to administrative requests for content management within the LMS.

2. Partner with LMS management to ensure standard procedures are in place.

3. Maintain Service Level Agreements with stakeholders

4. Monitor requests and escalate opportunities to LMS management.

Basic Qualifications

-Experience working with a Learning Management System

-Must be able to work 40 hours/week and overtime as required

-Availability to work a flexible schedule at times

-Experience working across teams

-Good communication both written and verbal

-Working knowledge on MS Office products

-Experience with daily standard work execution without support

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience working with Learning Management Systems.

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree
