The Support Administrator is responsible for acting as the main point of contact for end-user support of the customer’s WebCenter site. They will proactively monitor and investigate errors and conduct master problem investigations, liaising with multiple departments and documenting the findings.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way by providing quality and efficient technical services to one of our most valued global SaaS customers, and will be located in India (Remote).

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Maintaining and modifying the customer’s site by managing user accounts, creating and editing attributes, and fine-tuning end-user security settings.

  • Monitoring a list of errors and proactively researching their root cause before users log a support case.

  • Identifying significant workflow errors and conducting master problem investigations.

  • Providing reports, evaluations, and other paperwork as requested by the customer.

  • Liaising between ESKO and the customer to help the customer obtain the maximum benefit from their investment in the platform.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Three to Five years’ experience with SaaS or Enterprise software solutions in a support role.

  • Ability to configure WebCenter or aptitude to learn quickly from ESKO’s internal training programs and mentoring opportunities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and capability to maintain focus in a demanding environment.

  • Willingness to work shifts on a rotation basis to provide cover 24x5.
