Key Responsibilities:
Understanding and documentation of business requirements
Analyzing functionality gaps and developing alternatives
Finalize business blueprinting
Developing project plans
Configuration, unit, and integration testing
Resolving issues between user groups and SAP teams from across multiple sites
Preparation of functional specifications for conversions and improvements
Coordination with the development team and supervising the progress of developing activities and updating the status with respective teams
Provide user training where appropriate
Coordination with Power users in resolving issues that arise during user training
Complete production support issues
Provide effective scope and issue management
Search and apply OSS notes where appropriate
Ability to communicate sophisticated issues and solution alternatives to users
Solid grasp of SAP S/4HANA Service and Customer Management modules
Deep experience in areas of Interaction center, Service requests, Service contracts, Service orders, Service quotations, recurring services, Service confirmations, billing, and pricing
Deep experience in areas of lead, opportunity, activities, and knowledge article
Good understanding of front-end technologies like Fiori and Web UI
Understanding of order to cash and quote to cash solutions
Fair understanding of SAP S/4HANA capabilities and solution scope mapping to S/4 service
Understanding field service management will be an added advantage
Good integration knowledge of related modules and knowledge of migration tools (MC and DMLT)
Proficiency in front-end technologies like Web UI and Fiori, etc.
Proficiency in AET, extensibility, workflows, BSP, forms, events, BADI, and exits
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
10-12 years previous SAP S/4 Customer service experience
Have a track record of at least 2 full cycle implementations and experience in support and improvements.
Good exposure on interfaces – Idoc / ALE
Proven track record in the CS area of SAP
Teamwork skills
Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
Committed to a high level of customer service to internal clients
Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
Effective interpersonal skills required
Ability to collaborate and work well with teams from different backgrounds and areas of expertise is essential
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in the field
