Sr. Post Silicon Validation Engineer - Digital/MCU

Job Description

• Experience on Digital Post Silicon validation (3 – 4 years) senior engineer

• Experience in Post-Si Test plan creation and content development along with validation.

• Experience in micro controller Functional and Electrical Validation, ARM M33 or similar will be preferred

• Experience in Validating micro controller internal blocks like MRAM, SRAM, Reset etc.

• Experience in validating external interfaces such as SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, LIN, QSPI, JTAG

• Debugging software and hardware during validation.

• Experience with the usage of oscilloscopes and protocol decoders.

• Experience with usage of Renesas E2 Debuggers and Development Studio will be preferred

• Exp in working with product engineering teams for HTOL/HVAL, ESD & latch up tests.

• Exp in coordinating with ATE testing team for test time optimization and tester test pattern developments.

• Strong knowledge of C , C++ and python languages

Additional Roles and Responsibilities:

• Instrument Automation using Python for PVT validation

• SPI/I2C/UART/CAN protocol electrical specifications understanding and debugging

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• 3-4 years of experience in digital post-silicon validation as a senior engineer
