Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive automation and platform strategy that supports the organization’s objectives.

  • Identify opportunities for platform-level automation across all areas such as Configuration Management, Data Management and Rapid Deployment models, ensuring alignment with the overall Cloud Success Navigator Strategy and objectives

  1. Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, IT, operations, Product Development, Support Organizations to define deployment and automation priorities and establish KPIs.

  • Communicate the vision, intent and benefits of platform-level automation to stakeholders at all levels.

  1. Program Management:
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of development and automation projects for the Cloud Success Navigator ensuring timely delivery within budget .

  • Implement best practices for project management and apply modern methods to enhance overall efficiency.

  1. Technology Assessment:
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends related to automation, Generative AI, and machine learning.

  • Evaluate and recommend automation tools and platforms that align with business needs.

  1. Performance Measurement:
  • Define metrics to measure the impact of automation initiatives on operational efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction and experience.

  • Utilize data analytics to drive continuous improvement and iterate on automation strategies.

  1. Team Development:
  • Build and lead a high-performing automation team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.

  1. Change Management:
  • Drive organizational change by promoting a proactive and forward looking mindset across the team.

  • Develop training programs for employees to enhance their understanding of emerging technologies and trends.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in , Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field;

  2. 20+ years of experience in technology, automation, or business management, with a minimum of 10+ years in a leadership role.

  3. Proven track record of driving successful SaaS and technology initiatives and managing large-scale programs and teams globally.

  4. Strong knowledge of automation technologies, AI, Gen AI machine learning, and Oracle cloud-based solutions across SaaS and OCI.

  5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels.

  7. Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse

Oracle Cloud Lifecycle Experience :

  1. Demonstrated understanding of the Oracle Cloud Lifecycle

  2. Knowledge of the Cloud Lifecycle elements and resourcing requirements from the initial engagement, design, scoping, configuration, testing, go-live and run, maintain and evolve

  3. Experience with Cloud implementation methodologies and upgrade release lifecycles

Responsibilities

Drive operational performance goals and will be responsible for achieving quarterly targets in terms of renewal rates to maximize revenue and minimize cancellations. Build team, improve internal processes and systems to achieve operational performance that meets or exceeds goals. Establish and measure group goals and team performance against specific target objectives. Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds on going customer relationships to drive renewals, maximize timely renewals and up sell to the client. Owns resolution of client issues acting independently. Plans regional coverage and staffing models. Interfaces with virtual team to accomplish goals. Builds and maintains strong relationships with the highest levels internally and within clients.
