Most of our applications run on AWS, using Java, React, and PHP with MySQL and Memcache for caching. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Java Developer with to join our dynamic team.

What you’ll be doing

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Take ownership of modules and drive them to completion.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Skills and Experience

Skills you are expected to have:

Understanding of Agile methodologies.

Technology experience: You’re a skilled software engineer with up-to-date skills and passionate about high-quality, secure, and performant software.

You’re proactive about learning and coaching others.

You’re proficient in agile ways of working.

You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment as part of a DevOps culture.

You’re proficient with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.

You have experience with relational and NoSQL databases and knowledge of React.

You’re a good communicator, able to advise technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience you are expected to have:

3-6 years of experience

Strong experience in Java design and development.

Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

Experience with RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and microservices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in version control systems (e.g., Git).

Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Good to have skills:

Experience in UI technology, preferably React.

Understanding of AWS and Jenkins
