Oracle Communications enables service providers and enterprises to rapidly deliver and monetize digital lifestyle services, build world-class customer experiences, and streamline operations.This position is for the Digital Business Experience Solution development team in CGIU. Built upon proven Oracle technologies, such as Java and Oracle Coherence, it supports the demands of communications service providers today and tomorrow

Qualified candidates for this role will :

• Analyze designs, develop, test and implement innovative solutions to ensure a high level of quality, robustness, scalability and performance while meeting delivery schedule commitments.

• Work with cross functional teams in Quality, Documentation, Performance, Program Management to achieve agreed upon results, coordinating and working closely with remote teams to meet the needs of the project.

• Play a pro-active role to make the customer successful by addressing customer questions and issues

• Owns consistency and high quality in solution delivery

• Participates in architecture and design reviews for projects that require complex technical solutions

• Develops and promote architectural best practices and standards

• Provide input into plans and work closely with the development manager to ensure project success

Skills & experience : Qualified candidates for this role will possess:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience with hands-on experience in the design and development of enterprise applications .

• Experience with server-side Java development or high-performance application development.

• Experience in Design patterns, UML.

• Should have expertise in UNIX programming environments.

• Experience in cloud native development , microservice architecture

• Excellent analytic, problem-solving skills

• Execllent oral and written communication skills with the ability to thrive in a high performance team

• Knowledge of software development Agile methodology, build tools and product life cycle.

• Domain experience in the Telecom billing is plus

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent area.

Responsibilities

Responsible for analysing , designing and implementing solutions that cater to top telecom service providers. The candidate should have experience in building, designing robust scalable enterprise systems and have a good understanding of technologies that can help build and operate enterprise scale solutions. The candidate should have great collaboration skills and excellent communication skills.
