Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Engineer to join our team. To modernize and develop an enterprise-wide unique CI-CD system. The candidate is expected to have,

• Development expertise in Core Java, RESTful API and Scripts (e.g. Python, Groovy or Ruby)

• Proficient at using DevOps tools and managing CI-CD pipelines

• Experience in handling Cloud environments/components/services(OCI preferred, otherwise AWS)

This position will be responsible to

• Design and develop a new feature or modify the existing module of the modernized system

• Identify and fix the production issues

• Guide the team to ensure quality delivery and mentor the teammates as a technical leader.

We operate using agile principles and currently have teams located in U.S. and India.

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Strong development experience in high level languages, preferably Java

• Proficient at a scripting language, preferably Python, Groovy or Ruby

• Proficient at using develop tools such as Git and GitHub

• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or OCI

• Experience in using and managing CI/CD pipelines, preferably Jenkins

• Experience with RESTful API design, implementation, and integration

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform

• Experience with containers and container orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
