We are looking out for a Senior Specialist in our Value Added Services team.

Working in a dynamic environment, you would own the business operations process and be responsible for enabling product/service selection on Amazon while monitoring key success metrics for sellers/ service providers/ brands, identifying problem areas and business challenges and collaboratively shaping solutions with category and business teams to help sellers/service providers grow and deliver a superior customer experience on Amazon. The successful candidate has a passion for driving business with high ownership and can quickly become a subject matter expert to drive things independently. The candidate has significant experience of working with customers, has hands on experience in analyzing data & identifying trends, working with and influencing multi-function stakeholders and sellers/service provider/brands, building and scaling processes and programs to drive output in a scalable manner. The successful candidate also has excellent communication skills and has experience in high impact stakeholder or seller/provider/vendor communications/ negotiations.

Key job responsibilities

Under general supervision follow pre-defined processes, guidelines, and SOPs to perform tasks with high levels of accuracy and productivity. Show high degree of ownership to drive things independently with focus on inputs to drive outputs. Tasks include -

  1. Engage with sellers/ service providers/brands to manage their performance on Amazon metrics & support them to improve the quality of inputs offered to customers. Lead common initiative with brands and drive communication on tactical matters.

  2. Drive necessary business development and operational efforts to grow the business

  3. Engage with multiple stakeholders to drive programs around business goals

  4. Analyze data, identify trends, create reports & establish mechanisms to influence

  5. Establish operational processes, understand and learn service cataloging, build scalable SOPs, educate stakeholders

  6. Disproportionate focus to improve customer experience and constantly benchmark with internal and external references to drive improvements

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Excel - Expert

  • SQL - Expert

  • Account Management - Moderate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
