Design, development, and optimization of CT (Computed Tomography) Reconstruction algorithms for next-generation CT scanners.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implement and optimize algorithm designs using GPU programming techniques and languages.

  • Work on core data structures and algorithms and implement them using the selected technologies.

  • Provide technical leadership to an Agile team.

  • Work with Product Owners to understand product requirements & vision.

  • Translate requirements / vision into prioritized list of user stories and deliver to required timelines and quality standards.

  • Work with product owners and architects to develop multi generation software technology plans.

  • Drive increased efficiency across teams, eliminating duplication, leveraging product and technology reuse.

  • Support process improvements which guide the development, sustaining & support activities.

  • Work cross functionally with other business departments to align activities and deliverables.

  • Apply principles of Software Development Life Cycle and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, Continuous Integration, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring and Testing Techniques.

  • Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics)

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of C or C++ from fundamentals through advanced concepts

  • At least five years experience in hands-on coding and design using C or C++ Demonstrated knowledge and implementation experience with data structures and algorithms

  • Exposure to OOPS and Design concepts

Desired Characteristics:

  • Exposure to GPU programming using OpenCL, CUDA or similar frameworks is a major plus

  • Experience working on software projects in the Healthcare domain

  • Demonstrated initiative in exploring alternate technology and approaches to solving problems.
