The candidate in this role will be the Central Program Leader for managing the WW MFN QBR. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Global business teams, User Experience/Research, Transportation to name a few) to identify new opportunities, develop cutting-edge solutions, and deliver world-class programs and services that delight our global Customer base and empower our Selling Partners.

A successful candidate in this role will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, with strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will possess a strong program management background, will have demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig into technical aspects and get the job done. As a Senior Program Manager, you will be required to anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, perform detailed data analyses, and influence the engineering decisions. An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Define clear program strategy to coordinate and execute the WW MFN which is held with SVP level leadership.

  2. Create Programs enhancing fulfillment experience for Selling partners, by engaging with a diverse set of stakeholders.

  3. Drive adoption to critical capabilities globally by engaging with our international business/tech/product partner teams.

  4. Use business analytics and voice of the customers/sellers to continuously improve our customer experience.

  5. Serve as the single threaded leader who executes plans with global partner teams and setting up the charter for long term success.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
