Overview
Why are we looking for you?
As a Senior Campaign Quality Analyst, you will validate that client’s digital media campaigns have been configured to specification in both the test and post-production environments. You will review the campaign strategy outlined in the ticket request and validate the campaign settings, creative assets and audience targeting have been configured in accordance with platform and product capabilities. Working with internal cross teams, you will provide level 1 triage support to troubleshoot campaign issues and identify preventative measures. As you grow in this role, you’ll become a valued contributor with helping to improve QA procedures by identifying process improvements, platform automation opportunities and testing new functionality in our tools and applications.

Engage with Account Management to propose process changes for launch, OPS, and troubleshooting tickets using knowledge gained through execution
Assess internal systems, tools, and processes and collaborate with Product to define requirements
Act as liaison between cross-teams to identify trends and define best practices for future mitigation
Have a deep understanding of our systems, tools, products, and how they function given the platforms we utilize
Responsibilities
What you will do:
Verify more complex strategies for digital media campaigns, including campaign settings, creative trafficking, and troubleshooting
Monitor assigned campaign tickets as well as for direct reports (if applicable)
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for specific product verticals, creative formats, or implementation processes
Analyze and deliver launch trends to Account Management, Media Delivery, and Campaign Integration Engineer teams to raise awareness and drive solutions
Help to maintain the day-to-day operations of the Campaign Operations team and prioritize client requests in the campaign ticketing queue
Drive automation and continuous improvement with the QA process by suggesting process changes, new tools ideas, automated validation, and other tasks to increase efficiency
Test new product and platform production releases to validate requirements are implemented accurately and tools pass functional use cases
Responsible for training, fielding questions, and acting as mentor to Campaign QA Analysts
Qualifications
A graduate/postgraduate in any discipline
5+ years of professional experience in technology or digital marketing, preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail, finding and diagnosing campaign setup issues across all operational teams to avoid delivery and monetary issues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical information to non-technical recipients.
Must be well organized and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced ticketing environment.
Excellent customer service skills and passion for working on a highly collaborative team.
Proven ability to use critical thinking to propose changes for making processes and systems more efficient.
Familiar with JavaScript, SQL, and HTML a plus
Flexible to work beyond normal business hours as needed to accommodate increases in campaign volume
Proactively recognizing, understanding, and finding solutions/reaching out to the appropriate channels when issues arise during campaign validation to avoid activation delays.
