A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Scrum Master you will lead our global development team(s) to deliver the sprint goals. These are regular sprint meetings and sprint retrospectives with continuous identification and implementation of improvement measures. Teaming up with the POs, PLMs and being close to the implementation team is the major success factor.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Agile lead in a global Research & Development team(s) for SW projects

• Steering of the sprint tasks to ensure the continuous deliveries and deployments.

• Support continuous improvements within the R&D program.

• Exchange and collaborate with Product owner, team, and stakeholders.

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.

• University degree in Information Technology, computer science, or similar education, preferably with a focus on information management solutions

• 3+ years of working experience with CSM

• Working experience of agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)

• Azure DevOps experience

• Highly structured and Agile attitude

• Open minded, motivated, and enthusiastic in driving change within an international organization

• Fluent English language (spoken and written)

• High experience in an agile working global development team within a virtual environment.

• Beneficial: process industry / “Industry 4.0” / Oil & Gas know-how
