As a Sales and Distribution/Logistics Execution Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing solutions in the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) areas. As part of a small team of SD/LE consultants, you will be acting as Subject Matter Expert for various development initiatives in SAP SD and LE areas maintaining digital technology and functional peer relationships across the organization.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Delivering innovative solutions leveraging SAP ECC suite and related technologies to meet requirements arising from programs, evolving regulatory environment and business development initiatives.

• Supporting ongoing business operations resolving incidents and realizing continuous improvement opportunities.

• Contributing to on-going SAP system vitality programs.

• Adhering to GxP and IT QMS standards and delivering highest quality process design, functional requirements, configuration, testing and documentation.

• Closely cooperation with relevant business functions across all Pharmaceutical Diagnostic (PDx) sites globally to maintain a detailed and current knowledge of their organization, processes, priorities and system needs.

• Assisting SAP DevOps leadership team in planning by providing resource and development estimates related to upgrades, projects, and new implementations.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).

• Strong professional experience in SAP SD & LE.

Qualifications Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise working in the SAP Sales & Distribution and Logistics Execution areas leveraging functionality within these SAP product modules (must have).

• Demonstrated knowledge in SAP ECC system configuration management related to Sales & Distribution and Logistics Execution is essential.

• Knowledge of SAP integrations leveraging different interfacing technologies/tools especially related to integrations with web and EDI ordering systems.

• Good understanding of key organizational structures and data elements in SD & LE area including customer master, route maintenance, pricing and other related material master data.

• Knowledge of key SAP SD & LE functionality including Foreign Trade, Transportation and Output determination.

• Business process analysis, business process design and implementation experience.

• Excellent spoken and written English skills.

Desired Characteristics

• Understanding of key integration points for SD & LE modules especially with relation to Vistex, MM, FI-CO modules.

• Experience working with Vistex Revenue Management and Contract Lifecycle Management.

• Experience working with other SAP ECC 6.0 modules especially MM, WM and FI-CO.

• Experience working with SAP S4/HANA related to WM & MM functionality ideally including knowledge of migration from ECC 6.0 to S4/HANA.

• Experience with development of SAP Fiori Applications within SAP ECC 6.0.

• Experience of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) functionality/technology.

• Exposure to a validated system such as the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry.
