Observability and Management (O&M) (https://www.oracle.com/manageability/) is a comprehensive set of cloud services that provide full-stack visibility for cloud-native and traditional application and their underlying infrastructures, no matter where they run. The Oracle Cloud Observability and Management platform unifies all types of observability telemetry and provides modern generative AI (GenAI), AIOps, and machine learning analysis and helps organizations monitor and manage their IT assets in distributed and multi-cloud environments including OCI, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud@Customer, and on-premises, with full-stack visibility, prebuilt analytics, and automation.

Observability and Management (O&M) team is seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a TPM to take on a pivotal role in managing and delivering large-scale, complex programs and cloud services that shape the future of Oracle Cloud. In this position, TPM will responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams and working closely with senior leadership to drive critical initiatives. The TPM will take ownership of complex, high-priority programs, driving them from concept to delivery, while ensuring alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

You'd be responsible for:

  • Driving Complex Programs : Lead cross-functional programs, from concept to execution, aligning diverse teams towards a unified vision and ensuring seamless delivery.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, product managers, other TPMs and business stakeholders to align on goals, define technical roadmaps, and deliver results.

  • Risk Management : Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are developed and communicated to the relevant stakeholders.

  • Effective Communication : Provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives, ensuring transparency on program status, challenges, and successes.

You'd have following key strength and qualifications:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and updates in a clear and effective manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • A self-starter with a proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, always focused on achieving results.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in development and managing technical programs, preferably in cloud technologies.

  • Collaboration & Influence: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams and to influence key stakeholders in a matrix organization.

  • Cloud experience: Possess a strong understanding of cloud technologies, with hands-on experience preferred. A technical background, especially in cloud development, would be highly beneficial.

  • Positive Attitude : A can-do attitude with the resilience to manage challenges and the commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
