Job Title: Product Manager – Stress Testing & Scenario Analytics

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary: Oracle Financial Services Global Business Unit (FSGBU) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to join our Analytics (OFSAA) team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for building and delivering the next generation of business solutions for the Financial Services industry, focusing on profitability, risk management, regulatory compliance, budgeting and planning, business intelligence, and data foundation. You will collaborate across geographies and teams to drive innovative solutions that address real-life challenges faced by banks and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development for enterprise Stress Testing and Scenario Analytics product.

  • Design product blueprints, detailing the functional requirements and technical design for enterprise stress testing along with the expected outcomes and timelines.

  • Design out of box solutions for ICAAP (Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process), and ILAAP (Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process).

  • Develop machine learning models in the areas of risk management and forecasting.

  • Communicate requirements to the development and quality teams to ensure they have a clear understanding of the requirements, including the expected outcomes and timelines.

  • Work closely with design and engineering teams to develop and release product features following a user-centric approach and agile methodology.

  • Conduct thorough product research, user experience research, and usability testing studies to check and improve the product market fit of the current product(s).

  • Design and productize cutting-edge and innovative solutions to the challenges faced by financial institutions in areas of stress testing, scenario analytics, and climate change analytics.

  • Create and maintain product marketing collateral.

  • Interact with sales, pre-sales, and marketing to develop a marketing plan for the product.

  • Train all internal stakeholders, channel partners, and consulting partners on the product.

  • Provide demos of the solution to prospects and existing customers and actively engage with consulting to successfully implement the product/proposed solution.

  • Ensure product success through new customer additions, revenue improvement, and improved product ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, Banking, Science, or Engineering. CA, MBA (Finance), MS (Finance), or other equivalent UG/PG degree in finance, banking, or risk management.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a bank, consultancy firm, or risk software vendor in areas of enterprise stress testing, scenario analytics, and/or climate change stress testing, Asset liability management, balance sheet forecasting, liquidity risk management, ICAAP (Internal Capital and Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process Training) and ILAAP (internal liquidity adequacy assessment process).

  • Demonstrated passion for solving real-life challenges faced by banks and financial institutions through innovative and cutting-edge solutions.

  • Passionate about enterprise stress testing, scenario analytics, asset liability management, balance sheet forecasting, and liquidity risk management.

  • Ability to break down complex business problems and solve them with creative thinking.

  • Prior product management experience is an added advantage.

  • Proven experience in collaborating and driving cross-geo/cross-team projects.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust quickly to changing priorities.

  • Energetic, with attention to detail, software quality, and the ability to work independently.
