Job Details:

1. Functional and Technical Analysis of Requirements in Banking and Financial Services domain

2. Develop applications to solve the requirements.

3. Debugging and maintaining quality of the application

4. Manage product lifecycles and releases.

5. Mentor and guide a team for technical delivery of solutions

Technical Skills

1. Java/J2EE

2. Micro Services Architecture

3. Spring Boot

4. OJET (Oracle JavaScript Extension Toolkit

5. Oracle Database and PL/SQL

Further the candidate must be aware of the following:

1. Release Management/DevOps

2. Jerkins

3. CI-CD (Continuous Integration - Continuous Deployment)

Education and Experience

1. Minimum 4-year BE/BTech or equivalent

2. 10+ years of hands-on experience in one or more technical skills specified above

3. Domain Knowledge of Banking and Financial Services (Corporate or Retail Banking) will be preferred.

Other Skills

1. Good Problem Solving and Analytical Skills

2. Good Communication Skills

3. Collaboration Skills and ability to work with multiple diverse teams.

Other Information

1. There would be no travel opportunity in this role.

2. Candidate must be ready to come to office for 5 days a week on short notice.

Responsibilities

As a member of FLEXCUBE product development team, you will have to analyze complex banking requirements and come up with appropriate solutions. You will further have to build applications for the solutions and motivate and mentor technical teams. You will further have to work seamlessly with multiple and diverse high performing teams.
