This role will be based out of Bengaluru, India.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Design, document and execute business flows to meet requirements

  • Flexibility to work with overlapping time zones with the US teams

  • Handles team of 2-3 members and shares daily, weekly status reports to leadership/management

  • Derives warehouse operational metrics and project delivery metrics

  • Support different phases of project implementation cycle – UT, SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-live etc.

  • Step up to take up technical challenges to solve minor requirements like SQL, scripts for data loading, triage message timing issues etc.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams comprising of business SMEs, Architects, and Developers on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current systems.

  • Validates integrated systems with respect to connectivity, compatibility, throughput etc.

  • Independently carry out/lead sessions for requirement gathering and design build.

  • Identify, recommend and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs; create and update associated documentation.

  • Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers. Assess and Propose capabilities and trade off with business and SI’s to promote adoption of standard best practices.

  • Create, execute, record test cases/test results, reports defects and track them to closure

  • Demonstrates the Boeing Behaviors in a deliberate and observable way

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 10-14 years of QA/Consulting/Support experience

  • Expertise in Manhattan WMOS application v2013 or higher

  • At least 7+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Manhattan Associates WMS customers

  • Supply Chain Domain Expertise is mandatory

  • Experience in handling End to end Manhattan WMS implementations

  • Configure and validate Manhattan supply chain software system to achieve business needs

  • Experience in Manhattan WMS Solution design and extension design

  • Understanding of full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of various functional architecture solutions.

  • Understand a company's functional, technical and process needs to create supporting documentation and solution requirements

  • Extensive experience with Test Planning/ scripting & conducting Interface’s integration testing (WMS), and pre/post Go-live activities.

  • WMS issue triage, analysis, troubleshooting

  • Experience in building SCI reports, operational dashboards etc.

  • Good to have Manhattan or any other LMS and order management systems

  • Basic understanding of cloud architecture

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience ) :

  • Related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) Preferred, but not required.

  • Typically 12 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) Preferred, but not required.
